PRESIDENT/CO FOUNDER: ANITA S. DUCKOR 

Anita S. Duckor is a CSJ Consociate from Minneapolis, MN. Anita’s ministry work includes being on the CSJ Ministries Inc Board, Executive Committee, and the Governance Chair, serves on several CSJ projects/committees and served on the Consociate Leadership Collaborative, Consociate Council. Anita is a business consultant who has helped transform a variety of business, nonprofit and government entities.

VICE PRESIDENT: SISTER ANGELA FAUSTINA

Sister Angela Faustina is a CSJ Sister from Los Angeles, CA. She has an MA in Philosophy and Systematic Theology and a minor is Music. A former member of the Sisters of St. Joseph Carondelet Leadership Team, Los Angeles Province, she is currently working with the Los Angeles Archdiocese Task Force on Anti-Racism.

SECRETARY: MARY GUDITIS

Mary Guditis, Binghamton Region CSJA Coordinator, hails from Chenango Forks located in south-central NY.  As a public employee at the Department of Social Services (35 years), Mary held varied positions and retired as Director of Staff Development. Mary holds a M.A. in Social Science, a Master’s Certificate in Non-Profit Administration (Binghamton University) and an Advanced Certificate in Pastoral Studies (Loyola University, NOLA). Mary enjoys spending time with family and travelling with her husband Chuck. 

TREASURER: ANN SHIELDS

Ann Shields is a CSJ Consociate from Bloomington, MN. She has a B.A. in Geology from St. Catherine University and has 38 years with different responsibilities in the Occupational Safety and Health area at Hennepin County. She is active in numerous ministries of the St. Paul Province and an active civic volunteer. CSJ Consociate

BOARD MEMBER: SISTER MARY LOU DOLAN

Mary Lou Dolan is an Albany Province Sister of St. Joseph. With degrees in Biology and Cell Biology, she has worked as a cytotechnologist in several clinical laboratories, and has taught biology at The College of Saint Rose in Albany NY. She studied and served as Staff at Spirit Earth, an Ecological Spirituality Center in Boston and in Saugerties, NY. She then developed, administered and taught in the M.A. in Earth Literacy at St. Mary-of-the-Woods College in Terre Haute IN.

BOARD MEMBER: SISTER JO ANN GEARY

Sister Jo Ann Geary is a CSJ Sister from the St. Louis Province, Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet.  She is a nurse, clinician and practitioner at a variety of convents, hospitals, nonprofits, and 20 years working at the Uganda Project, Gulu, Uganda.

BOARD MEMBER/CO FOUNDER: ANNE HANNAHAN

Anne Hannahan is a CSJ Consociate from Saint Paul, MN. She is a retired Nurse and Psychologist with a focus on Integrative Medicine. She has over thirty years of experience working with people affected by serious illness. Anne and her husband reside in Woodbury, MN nearby her four children and eight grandchildren.

BOARD MEMBER: SISTER LINDA NEIL

Linda Neil, is a CSJ Sister from the Albany Province. Linda holds a Masters Degree from the Earth Literacy Program at St. Mary of the Woods College, IN and a Masters in Religious Studies from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Philadelphia. She is co-director of St. Joseph’s Place, a place for hospitality in the Hamilton Hill Neighborhood of Schenectady. Linda also gives presentations and retreats in her ministry of Encountering Earth. She is an avid hiker and naturalist.

BOARD MEMBER: SISTER THERESE SHERLOCK

CSJ Therese Sherlock is a Sister from the St. Paul Province. She has an MA in Library Science and an MDiv from the St. Paul Seminary. She is co-publisher at Good Ground Press.

DOROTHY HATHWAY 

Dorothy Hathway is a CSJ Associate from Richford, New York. She has a B.S. in Cultural Studies, an M.A. in Social Sciences from Binghamton University and has 37 years of professional experiences in rural services, child and partner abuse prevention, military family support and service and Native American advocacy. She is retired from the Brofenbrenner Center for Translational Research at Cornell University.

Sister Maureen Freeman is a CSJ Sister from the St. Louis Province,
Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet. She spent 10 years in Peru and 3 years in the outer banks of Alaska. She is a current member of the Sisters of St. Joseph Carondelet, St. Louis Province Leadership Team.
